Preparing your parcel

We normally prepare an authorized order within 1–2 business days. This is the handling stage, before carrier transit. Check the address, unit and ZIP code and review available delivery services and charges at checkout.

After dispatch

Carrier travel is estimated at 4–6 business days from dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days. Tracking may not show its first scan immediately, and an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

When delivery needs attention

For a delayed parcel, a delivered scan without the package, or damage in transit, email ezajewinaqu56@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and tracking details. Keep packaging and helpful photos for the review; applicable consumer rights remain available.
