How do I choose an option?

Owala listings show available bottle, tumbler, bag, pet and care-item choices. Compare the displayed images, size, color, capacity, material and style before adding an item to the cart.

When should my order arrive?

Following payment authorization, normal handling is 1–2 business days; estimated carrier transit after dispatch is another 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded. Delivery services and charges appear at checkout; tracking help is in our Shipping Policy.

What about returns or exchanges?

Eligible new defective and non-defective goods can be returned, and exchanges are accepted, when requested within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective goods must be unused and in original condition. Approval comes before mailing. A free prepaid return label is included in the package and there is no restocking fee. Approved original-method refunds are processed or initiated within 10 days, with bank posting separate. See the Refund Policy or Contact Us.
